LEGACY
FAQs

Why Legacyland – what’s your background?

We’re designers, business owners and big-picture thinkers who’ve spent years working alongside hospitality, tourism and destination brands. We see how maxed-out teams are,
and how uniforms and merch often get pushed to the bottom of the list – even
though they’re what customers actually see every day. So many brands pump out
merch without real care for quality or how it represents them.

Legacyland grew out of a love for collaboration and a real understanding of sales: what converts at retail, how to build healthy revenue streams, and how product can quietly keep telling your brand story long after someone leaves your venue.

We’re more than a print shop. We care about fit, fabrication and function – and about how
your team feels wearing your brand, and how your brand shows up in the world. The goal is simple: pieces people want to wear and buy, that look good, work hard and pay their way.

What kinds of brands do you work with?

We partner with hospitality, tourism, wineries, destination venues, events and experience-led brands. If you care about how your team shows up and how your product moves out into the world, you’re our people – regardless of size.

What fabrics and materials do you use?

We favour quality, hardworking fabrics that feel good to wear, wash well and align with your brand values – from organic cottons and wool blends through to durable workwear cloth and recycled content where appropriate. We’ll recommend fabrications that match your climate, roles, ethics and budget. For us the items need to feel good for us, for you and the land.

What is your minimum order quantity? Can colours and sizes be mixed?

Our minimum is 50 units per style, per colour. We offer a range of pricing tiers per style so you can work within your requirements and budgets. We’ll guide you on where it makes sense to split and where it’s better to keep things tight.

How long does the process take?

As a guide, a full journey from first conversation to delivery usually runs 8-12 weeks, depending on complexity, factory capacity and freight (air vs sea). For smaller
top-ups and reorders, timeframes are shorter. We’ll give you a clear project timeline at the outset.

Can we see samples before committing to bulk production?

Yes, we always recommend this,Once concepts are approved we move into sampling – this is where you can check fit, fabric, colour and branding details in real life. We build in two round of refinements here before locking in bulk production.

Do you only do uniforms, or can you help with merch as well?

Both. Some clients come to us for full uniform systems; others start with a tight merch capsule – polos, caps, knits, totes, wine skins, keepsakes. Often we build a
joined-up system over time so staff wear and retail product feel related, not random.

What happens when we want to reorder?

Once a style is set up, reorders are straightforward. We’ll give you access to a simple back-end ordering portal, set up just for your brand, so you can top up styles as
needed. From there we manage production, minimums and freight, and keep you
updated on timing.
